Sure, don;t expect anything radically different from Vegas 1, but its an awesome game. Only thing I don't like is the guns are many of the assault rifles don' vary in stopping power. Seriously, the same gun. Also, I can't imagine beating the last Act on anything higher than normal difficulty, but then I haven't spent countless hours playing it.

Kudos to whoever can. Also, the co-op gameplay is so much better! You play normally, with just an extra guy to run around with you, so you can breach three entrances at once! Definitely worth playing if you liked Vegas. This game is worth the purchase. The worst: tossing a grenade is a joke. Be ready for a limp wristed toss that falls far short of your intended targets and blows you up. This is not the case in COD4. Another surprising problem is that you can't climb every rope that enemies use to repel down.

Why not? This game is NOT as entertaining as COD4 and has nowhere near the production quality nor story quality in single player. Online play may be good. I am still hoping for a local coop mode in a COD game. When that happens I may buy two just to up the sales stats to show there is a demand for it. Come on IW, get with it.

Vegas 2 is a ton of fun if you like more realistic shooters. The game is not Call of Duty so don't think this will scratch that itch. This game tries to be more realistic and less of a Michael Bay movie. It's a Tom Clancy title without any doubt. If you liked the first Rainbow Six Vegas, you'll like this game. The only complaint I have about the game is that it's so similar to the previous Vegas game that it feels like not much was done other than creating new levels.

The controls are unique which can be frustrating since they don't change easily. I would definitely recommend it to any fan of shooters. Pretty good game overall.

Well, R6V2 has some definite improvements over the original -- most notably the quality of the graphics and the more frequent saving of checkpoints so every time you both get killed you don't have to start over at the beginning of the entire level. But we've also got a couple of major gripes, so here they are: 1 The game may be fun for four players, but for two players it can be really annoying. Because no matter how many actual humans are playing the game, you're always in a team of four characters.

That means that the characters that are NOT being played by humans are played by the computer. And most of the time, these "extra" characters just get in the way. These extra characters didn't exist in R6V1 so the two-player gameplay was a lot more fun and a lot less annoying. If you're using to playing R6V1, then you're used to pressing the Circle button for infrared and R2 for throwing a grenade.

In the sequel, those two buttons are reversed. And so whenever you want to use infrared, you end up throwing a grenade instead. New camouflage, clothing and gear allow you to take customization to the next level.
